Train as a Life Coach

More than ever people opportunities abound for people to make successful lives, regardless of background or race. And yet many will live unfulfilled lives, knowing that they could be much more.

A Life Coach helps a person make key decisions and then implement them to achieve worthwhile goals. It is not counseling – it is facilitating, making the process of change easier. Old patterns of thinking and operating take a person to the point in their life where a Life Coach might become involved.

The Life Coach is non judgmental. The Coach will help a person refine goals and set realistic steps to achieving these. This will, in turn show a person where limiting beliefs and opposing values might hinder success.

The Psychology of Organisational Well-Being - building capability in individuals and organisations

It is now essential to view action for assessing, developing and improving individual and organisational health and well-being as an investment and not a cost. With this knowledge and understanding, organisations place themselves at an advantage in terms of managing individual performance, reducing absence, enhancing the recruitment and retention of staff and improving the bottom line. This course seeks to develop a clear and useable knowledge of well-being and demonstrate how managing well-being can come with a consequential benefit for the employee and the organisation in terms of health, performance and profit.
