Freethink there are no pre-recorded tapes or CD’s. All sessions are one to one between the hypnotherapist and the client.
Sessions are custom designed for each individual because everyone is unique.
An initial
session will last up to two hours and involve some background discussions about you and what you want to achieve from the

is quite unique in that the whole of the hypnotherapy session is recorded and you get a copy on cd to take away with you.

Hypnosis is a
proven way to change old habits! Your hypnotherapist will take the time to learn about you and how you relate to food as well
as any other issues related to your problem.

Here is how it works. There are two main factors that contribute to weight gain:

between food and emotions. Most of our clients can make the connection between food and emotions. For example many people
have felt bored and opted for a snack to fill in the time. Or some people eat because of stress. Others are emotional eaters

First, your hypnotherapist will listen
to you and learn about the history of your struggle with controlling your weight. Then, they will answer any questions that

Sleep well
We all have a nights when we can't sleep.
Often it is easy to know why. Perhaps you are excited, stressed, or had a nap during the day. This is common and the insomnia
usually stops after a couple of nights.

subconscious mind, which is like a computer. It records everything we experience, but it doesn't reason like the conscious
mind. It just reacts. And over a period of time as we continue a habit (good or bad), it gets the idea that the habit is suppose
to be a part of our nature. The habit became difficult to break.
Through

The causes for some "bad habits" are rooted in memories or
perceptions that may be forgotten by the conscious mind but retained in the subconscious. Hypnosis helps to access the subconscious

Your reactions to things are based on experiences in your subconscious
mind. Your subconscious actually feels your bad habit is good because it has stored the feeling of satisfaction you receive
from the habit. Your subconscious is only able to refer to emotions you have already experienced, and it will automatically
trigger you to feel these emotions when you see or think of a particular behavior. Up to now, your bad habit has given you
some form of pleasure or you would not have been doing it.

Tapping
on the energy system while being tuned in to an emotional problem can provide extraordinary healing.

technique works with the human energy system, which circulates through our body & mind in channels or meridians. You tap
on specific points to stimulate the free flow of energy through the meridians. As you tap on a point, neuro-receptors under
the skin convert the pressure to an electrical impulse that is transmitted to the brain. This is combined with the power of
the mind or intention. As you focus on a specific problem, you send out your intention for healing it.
Thoughts
are constantly creating patterns of electrical energy that result in emotional experiences through the release of hormones,
neurotransmitters and other chemicals in the body. Thoughts change the body’s electrical state. When there is a disruption
in the body’s electrical flow, we feel it. When the electrochemical disruption is removed, the distress stops. The tapping
processes neutralise disruptions in the body’s electrical system, which then stops the chemical chain reaction and frees
you from emotional and physical discomforts.

fears
Do you ever
feel that your thoughts and emotions control you, rather than the other way round?
Sometimes, you can feel as if something
bad is about to happen for no apparent reason. As if you are about to have to do something, but you don't know what.

anxiety or fear is usually generated by an unconscious response to the 'misuse' of the imagination. Basically, the 'back part'

This can partly be due to experiences in the past, or a lack of an ability to tolerate
uncertainty - not knowing what is going to happen, but whatever the reason, the mind can learn to relax and take things as

of mind, the unconscious mind can learn to 're-set' its responses to things back to normal, allowing you to enjoy every day
with less anxiety, and more comfort.
